This website is run by SEGA Solutions 77 LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Miami, Florida (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or sending the quote form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
How we collect and use personal information is covered by our Privacy Policy.
Information only
The site gives general information about merchant services, card processing, POS systems and equipment. Nothing on it is an offer of credit, a binding offer or a contract. It is also not legal, tax or accounting advice. Talk to your own advisers about your situation.
Quotes and fee reviews
Any quote, savings figure or fee review we send is an estimate. It is based on the information and statements you give us and on the card mix and volume they show. Your real costs depend on how your customers pay, your sales volume, card network fees and the terms of the account you open, all of which can change. A quote is not a promise of approval or of a price.
Merchant accounts
SEGA Solutions 77 LLC is not a bank. Merchant accounts are provided by payment processors and their sponsor banks. Every account is subject to an application, underwriting and approval by the processor and sponsor bank, which can decline an application or set conditions such as a reserve.
If your business is approved, the account is governed by a separate merchant agreement between your business, the processor and the sponsor bank. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the merchant agreement wins.
Equipment
Prices and availability for terminals, printers, scanners and other equipment are set in a written quote. Anything shown or described on the site is for illustration and can change without notice.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully. You agree not to:
- send false information or apply in someone else’s name
- upload anything that contains malware or that you have no right to share
- try to break into, overload or interfere with the site or the form
- scrape or copy the site in bulk with automated tools
We may block access or ignore enquiries that break these rules.
Statements you upload
When you upload a processing statement, you confirm that you are allowed to share it with us, for example because it belongs to your business or the owner has said yes. You let us use it to review your fees and prepare a quote. How long we keep it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Other companies’ names
Card network names, POS makers and other brands mentioned on the site or in our quotes belong to their owners. Naming them does not mean they endorse us, sponsor us or work with us.
Our content
The text, logo, photos and design of this site belong to SEGA Solutions 77 LLC or the people who license them to us. You may view and print pages for your own business use. Please do not copy, sell or republish them without our written permission.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it is accurate, complete, free of errors or always online.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, SEGA Solutions 77 LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, that come from using the site or relying on its information. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Your responsibility to us
If you break these terms or the law while using the site, or upload something you had no right to share, you agree to cover the claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that we face as a result.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites, such as the studio that built it. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
